Chef Kimberly Bugler grew up in Edmond, Oklahoma, and trained in New York City. Recognized as one of the "Top Ten Pastry Chefs in America" by Dessert Professional magazine, Kimberly's specialties include cakes, plated desserts, candies, and sweet & savory bites for all occasions and celebrations.

Kimberly helmed the pastry kitchens of several highly-respected restaurants and hotels in New York City ('21' Club, Maxim's, The New York Marriott Marquis), Las Vegas (The JW Marriott Resort, TAO Group), and San Francisco (The Kimpton Sir Francis Drake Hotel).
When San Francisco closed its doors during the pandemic, she spent more time with friends and family in Oklahoma, moving back to Edmond in 2021. Finishing Touches Bakery brings her acclaimed baked goods and confections to her Oklahoma friends — new, old, and yet to meet!
